“We are still exploring the possibilities of the market, it’s still in its infancy. It’s such an exciting market to be in”
As an undergrad in St Petersburg, Russia, Ilya studied automation control and gained a masters in intelligent systems in robotics. When he moved to London he worked as a mechanical engineer performed marine and industrial maintenance at various sites across South East of England
At Imperial London he started his PHD, he is passionate about software development, proficient in signal processing and machine learning, a sub-division of AI. Ilya presents data in a generalised way, and Interested in machine learning approaches to inherently N-dimensional arrays (tensors) with applications to biomedical and financial data.
Ilya was part of the 4-person team at Imperial to win the Brevan Howard Reinforcement Learning (AI) trading competition.
At CRYPTON, Ilya builds infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources by establishing efficient data pipeline architecture, in order to assist analysis of large amounts of data to decipher tracing patterns", which is critical to the effectiveness of any AI.
